File a Warranty Claim
Value, quality, and performance are at the forefront of our drive, that's what we built our reputation on. Under this warranty and for specific products listed below Eyce will cover accidental damage caused by the user within the first year of ownership. After the first year of ownership, if you experience a manufacturing defect in workmanship Eyce warrants your items for the lifetime of the product, and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Oxidation or discoloring of the silicone material is from natural deterioration of the silicone material and is not covered by the Lifetime Warranty program. Eyce has sole discretion to determine intentional damage or manufacturer's defects. Eyce will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer and was properly registered within 30 days of purchase. The one-of-a-kind Eyce Lifetime Warranty only covers the 8 products in our ICON collection. Specifically: Eyce Spoon, Shorty, Hammer, Mini Beaker, Collector, Beaker, Rig 2, and Sidecar.
To make a claim, do not return your Eyce product to the store. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, complete the online submission form. You may be asked to send in your product for further evaluation.
PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL WARRANTY EVALUATIONS
NOTICE: Eyce reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Eyce and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a warranty for any reason. Our warranty program is designed to protect you against accidental occurrences and manufactures defects. Eyce will do its best due diligence to decide if your product was damaged intentionally, products damaged intentionally will not be covered by warranty. Eyce also reserves the right to charge various shipping and handling fees depending on the scenario and the number of claims filed by the same customer. When a customer repeatedly files warranty claims for the same issue, the handling charges may increase.
