SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
After your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after your initial notification.
Does Eyce ship to my location?
We ship coast to coast, bearing all state restrictions. Shipping costs and speeds vary by shipping destinations - real time quotes are provided at checkout.
How will my packaging arrive?
Orders from Eyce are shipped in discreet, logo free packaging.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Eyce features rapid order processing with same day shipping for orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 PST.
Transit time is the overall time required for a shipment to be transported from the Eyce fulfillment center to its delivery destination. Transit time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.
USPS Arrival Times (transit times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed):
USPS First Class Mail - For USPS shipments under 1lb only. Delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
USPS Priority Mail - For USPS shipments over 1lb or if Priority is selected. Delivery in 1 to 3 business days.
UPS Arrival Times
UPS Ground - 5 to 7 business days with the U.S. and up to 2 weeks for international deliveries.
UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days from the date of UPS pickup
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 business days from the date of UPS pickup
UPS Next Day Air - 1 business day from the date of UPS pickup
FedEx Arrival Times:
FedEx Ground - 1 to 7 business days
FedEx Home Delivery - 1 to 5 business days within the continental US, 3 to 7 business day for delivery to AK and HI
FedEx 2 Day - 2 business days, delivery by 5PM for businesses and 8PM for residences
FedEx Standard Overnight - next business day, delivery by 5PM for businesses and 8PM for residences
FedEx Priority Overnight - next business day, morning delivery
Most carriers do not guarantee a delivery date for standard shipments. Delivery dates are subject to change and in most cases, tracking will update to reflect the new estimated delivery date.
Are weekend deliveries available?
FedEx does not automatically deliver on the weekend but a Saturday Delivery option may be available for your location upon request only.
For Saturday deliveries, an additional $17 charge applies - please contact us for assistance in placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Retail orders over $48 will have free shipping within the United States.
Retail orders under $48 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout with real time rates.
Is international shipping available?
International shipping is no longer available. Please find a local authorized EYCE distributor
Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box
Butane must be shipped with FedEx Ground. Butane cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address or shipped via Air/Express methods.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What do I need to know before purchasing?
Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us; we have a team of friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable Service Representatives standing by who are happy to help you find the perfect product.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Any return must be unused and in brand new condition.
We offer a 30 Day 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy on all products. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Customer is obligated to pay all shipping charges associated with returns.
All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by calling us at 1-800-980-EYCE (3923) or emailing us at info@eycemolds.com
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 30 Day Return Policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Products are not eligible for return or exchange after 30 days.
How do I return my order?
Email info@eycemolds.com to request an RA#.
Include a copy of your proof of purchase.
Include RA# received by our customer service staff.
Ship your item to the address provided by your customer service staff member.
Can I return an international order?
International shipping is no longer available. Please find a local authorized EYCE distributor
CLEANING
How do I clean my product?
Cleaning your Eyce Silicone is simple and easy. We recommend cleaning your product with Eyce Silicone Cleaner - the only cleaner engineered specifically for silicone. Regular cleaning of your silicone product helps keep your product operating at its best and can extend the life of your product. Check out our full guide on how to clean your silicone here.
Can I use rubbing alcohol to clean my product?
We do not recommend using rubbing alcohol to clean your silicone products. Rubbing alcohol is caustic and reacts negatively with silicone. It may cause discoloration and will slowly wear down your silicone over time.

What’s covered by the Lifetime Warranty?
The Eyce Lifetime Warranty covers all products in the Eyce Silicone Collection. These products include the Eyce Spoon, Shorty, Hammer, Rig II, Beaker, Mini Beaker, Sidecar and Collector. The Lifetime Warranty also covers the Eyce Peak Attachment and Limited Edition Box Sets.
Within 1 year of purchase: 1 Time Free Replacement for glass or metal and Free Replacement for silicone parts for any kind of damage or defect. Break it, tear it, burn it, we'll replace it.
After 1 year of purchase: Free replacement for silicone parts for any kind of manufacturer’s defect.
Shipping/handling fees may apply and vary depending on location.
Do I need to register my product?
If your product was purchased from eycemolds.com, there’s no need to register your product. Upon purchase, we automatically enroll you in our Lifetime Warranty Program.
If you purchased your product from an authorized dealer, you must register your product within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to complete your registration. You can register a product here.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To file a warranty claim you must have a registration number. Your registration number is received after filling out your Lifetime Registration within 30 days of purchase. Or if you purchased directly from eycemolds.com, your order number will be your registration number.
Warranty claims require photos of damaged products, please remember to take photos of your products before disposing broken pieces.

What if my product isn’t covered?
Only the Eyce Silicone Collection is backed by our industry leading Lifetime Warranty. But all Eyce products and accessories are backed by a 30-day guarantee and a 1 year manufacturer's warranty.
The Eyce Manufacturer's Warranty covers any kind of manufacturer's defect within 1 year of purchase. All smoking products and smoking accessories are backed by the 1 year manufacturer's warranty.

How do I use the Spoon?
A spoon pipe is one of the most common types of smoking pipes. It’s often the first pipe many smokers purchase when creating their collection. The Eyce Spoon consists of the glass bowl (where the material will go), a carb (allowing you to control the smoke that builds up in the chamber), a stem, and mouthpiece.
How do I use the Shorty?
One hitters are one of the simplest and most intuitive pipes to operate - and the Eyce Shorty is no exception. It’s a straight, silicone cylinder featuring a glass bowl on one end where dry material is placed and a mouthpiece on the opposite end. Being the smallest, most compact product in the Icon Collection, the Eyce Shorty is one of the most reliable and easy to maintain pipes.
How do I use the Rig II?
The redesigned silicone Eyce Rig II is a revolutionary product for the wax and/or oil (concentrate) smoker on the go. The Eyce Rig II functions like many glass rigs that you may be more familiar with, but has the added benefit of insane durability.
How do I use the Beaker?
Our largest silicone water pipe, the Eyce Beaker, may seem like a complicated smoking product for those who have never used a bong, but once you understand the individual components of the Beaker, and how they work together, you’ll realize just how easy it is to use.
How do I use the Mini Beaker?
Our Mini Beaker functions a lot like it's larger silicone water pipe sibling, the Eyce Beaker, but in a compact, portable size.
How do I use the Collector?
A nectar collector is a smoking device used for consuming oil and wax concentrates. Our uniquely built silicone Eyce Collector is made up of three sections – the platinum cured silicone body, the percolated water filtration, and a titanium nozzle. The three pieces all come apart for easy cleaning. You can also remove the middle section (where the percolated water filtration lies), turning the Eyce Collector into a dry "honey straw", for on-the-go use.
How do I use the Hammer?
The Eyce Hammer is our version of a bubbler water pipe. A bubbler is a hybrid of a water pipe and a hand pipe - featuring a water chamber and an elongated mouthpiece. Like the Eyce Hammer, silicone bubbler pipes tend to be smaller in size and require less water than larger water pipes making them a convenient portable alternative.
How do I use the Sidecar?
The Eyce Sidecar functions like many rigs, with the added benefit of unique features that are important to acknowledge. The silicone sidecar dab rig features a completely adjustable neck and mouthpiece allowing you to set up your silicone rig in a way that is most comfortable. The Eyce Sidecar also features a unique honeycomb filtration system, meaning when you add water to the piece, you’ll enjoy consistent smooth rips.

The Eyce Peak Attachment is a great silicone alternative to the standard glass of the Puffco Peak product. The silicone peak attachment is simple to use, with just a few minor modifications from using a typical glass piece.
