EYCE offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $48 within the USA. Most small items and international orders ship via USPS with either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your location and the shipping costs involved (at the discretion of our Shipping Department). Larger orders and most vaporizers ship with standard FedEx Home Delivery (or FedEx Ground for non-residential addresses), unless you choose to upgrade your shipping method during checkout. Most orders shipping to Canada will be sent via UPS.
The checkout process on our website features built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost, so you receive email confirmation immediately upon placing your order. Feel free to contact us for customized order summary or shipping options.
While USPS does not provide complete tracking information for orders shipped with First Class Mail, EYCE purchases a delivery confirmation number, at our own expense, to confirm successful delivery of your shipment. Larger orders and most vaporizers are shipped with FedEx, which offers a sophisticated tracking system. As soon as your order is packed, Eyce sends tracking information to the email address you have provided.
A signature is required for orders $200 and greater. An adult signature requirement is available upon request. Please contact us for further details.
**Note that if your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00pm EST for it to update on the tracking website (USPS, FedEx, or Canada Post). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier.
INELIGIBLE SHIPPING SCENARIOS
- • FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.
- • Butane must be shipped with FedEx Ground. Butane cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box address or shipped via Air/Express methods.
COVID-19 - Precautions and Care
Our distribution centers have informed us that they are taking all the necessary precautions for cleanliness. These precautions have been put in place to ensure customer orders are picked, packed and shipped by healthy employees. We are working closely with our warehouses to ensure order fulfilment and delivery of customer orders continues with minimal interruption. Please be aware that some warranty claims may take longer than normal to process due to limited staff.
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it’s entrusted to one of our shipping partners. A large percentage of these orders are delivered via UPS or the US Postal Service, both of which are taking steps to ensure the health of their employees and safe parcel delivery. UPS published its COVID-19 response here, while the USPS is following guidelines published by the CDC. Eyce and its fulfillment partners are pulling together to deliver the highest, healthiest level of service to our customers.
PRIVATE & SECURE
Your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no Eyce logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will state "Shipping Department", along with our address.

EYCE features rapid order processing with same day shipping for orders placed Monday – Friday before 1:30pm PST (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada). If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

Please note that while FedEx does not automatically deliver on the weekend, a Saturday Delivery option may be available for your location, upon request, for an additional charge of $17. If you have any questions, please contact us for assistance in placing your order.
Eyce warehouses operate from Monday through Friday. To ensure that your order arrives on Saturday, you must place your order before 2:30 pm EST on Friday and choose FedEx Overnight Shipping with Saturday Delivery (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada). Please be aware that FedEx 2Day Shipping does not deliver on Saturday.
**Please note that if an order is placed after our shipping cutoff time of 2:30 pm EST on Thursday, your package will ship out on Friday (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada).
We provide shipping options through USPS and FedEx for all international customers. Feel confident that we will make sure your order arrives safely at your international location. International transit time is estimated and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.
International customers are responsible for Customs and Duty Fees. Eyce is not responsible for these fees and will not pay Duty charges. These charges are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Import fees and taxes are not included in your order total. You may check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.
All prices and transactions are in USD. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than USD.
In the event we ship a package from the USA to Canada, sales tax will be automatically included in your order total. These taxes will be pre-paid on shipments to Canada; the buyer is responsible for duties and fees.
