SHIPPING

  • EYCE offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $48 within the USA. Most small items ship via USPS with either First Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on your location and the shipping costs involved (at the discretion of our Shipping Department).
  • Our website provides built-in shipping options that are real-time and true to cost.
  • You will receive email confirmation immediately upon placing your order. Once it is packed and labelled for shipping you will receive an additional email containing your tracking information. Feel free to contact us for customized order summary or shipping options.
  • EYCE MOLDS features rapid order processing with same day shipping for orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30pm EST.

SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT

  • A signature is required for orders $200 and greater. An adult signature requirement is available upon request. Please contact us for further details.
  • Due to current regulatory restrictions (PACT Act), some items may have a signature requirement

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR YOUR PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

***If your tracking information states “Not Found,” please allow until 7:00pm EST for it to update on the tracking website (UPS and USPS). Tracking information will update on the website once the package is picked up by the courier***

  • USPS Priority Mail — 1 to 3 Business Days

  • UPS Next Day Air — 1 Business Days

COVID-19 - Precautions and Care

We are committed to doing everything we can to support our customers during this difficult time. Our shipping and delivery services are operating normally for both our wholesale and online customers. If anything changes, we will keep you updated.
 
Our distribution centers have informed us that they are taking all the necessary precautions for cleanliness. These precautions have been put in place to ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped by healthy employees. We are working closely with our warehouses to ensure order fulfillment and delivery of customer orders continues with minimal interruption. Please be aware that some warranty claims may take longer than normal to process due to limited staff.
 
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it’s entrusted to one of our shipping partners. A large percentage of these orders are delivered via UPS or the US Postal Service, both of which are taking steps to ensure the health of their employees and safe parcel delivery. UPS published its COVID-19 response here, while the USPS is following guidelines published by the CDC. Eyce and its fulfillment partners are pulling together to deliver the highest, healthiest level of service to our customers.

 

PRIVATE & SECURE

Your orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our packaging is inconspicuous with no indication of the contents on the outer packaging; no Eyce logo, no product indications. The return label on your package will state "Shipping Department", along with our address.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
