LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY DETAILS
Our warranty program is designed to protect you against accidental occurrences within the first year of ownership. Eyce will do its best due diligence to decide if your product was damaged intentionally, products damaged intentionally will not be covered by warranty. Normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered after 1 year of ownership.
You must register your Eyce product within 30 days of purchase for warranty to apply. Proof of purchase is required. Your product is automatically registered if you placed your order through eycemolds.com. If you purchased your product from an authorized Eyce retailer, Register Here. Warranty only available for authentic Eyce products purchased from authorized dealers. Questions about verification of authorized dealers should be sent to 1-800-980-EYCE.
The Details of the Eyce Lifetime Warranty
- Within 1 year of purchase: 1 Time Free Replacement for glass or metal and Free Replacement for silicone parts for any kind of damage or defect.
- After 1 year of purchase: Free replacement for silicone parts for any kind of manufactures defect.
- Shipping/handling fees apply and vary depending on location.
- The one-of-a-kind Eyce Lifetime Warranty only covers the 8 products in our ICON Collection. Specifically: Eyce Spoon, Shorty, Hammer, Mini Beaker, Collector, Beaker, Rig 2, and Sidecar.

All ICON line products purchased directly on eycemolds.com are automatically registered. No registration necessary. Click here to File a Warranty Claim.
Purchases from an authorized Eyce dealer:
Products purchased from an authorized Eyce dealer must be registered within 30 days of purchase or you aren't covered, period. Proof of purchase is required. Click here to Complete a Product Registration.
Products must be registered separately. After the first year of purchase, the Lifetime Warranty is limited to covering manufacturing defects only. If you experience a manufacturing defect in workmanship Eyce warrants your ICON Line Products for the lifetime of the product, and we will repair or replace the product at no charge. Eyce has sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. Oxidation or discoloring of the silicone material is from natural deterioration of the silicone material and is NOT covered by the Lifetime Warranty program. Apparel and accessories sold separately including glass, trays, hats and bags are not covered under the lifetime warranty policy. Eyce will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased from an authorized dealer. Warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. Products must be registered separately. Lifetime Warranty lasts for the lifetime of the product. Eyce will do its best due diligence to decide if your product was damaged intentionally, products damaged intentionally will not be covered by warranty. Lifetime Warranty does not cover accessories purchased separately, clothing, or lifestyle accessories. Warranty only applies to ICON line (products covered by warranty listed below).
Only products in our ICON line are covered by the Eyce Lifetime Warranty.

Accessories purchased separately are not covered by our Lifetime Warranty. They are however covered by our 30 Day Guarantee.
Customer is obligated to pay all shipping charges associated with warranties.
You must have a registration number for all warranty claims. This number was provided to you by email when you completed your warranty registration, or is your eycemolds.com order number. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. You must have a proof of registration (online order number) for all warranties.
Customer will be obligated to pay all shipping charges related to exchanges, returns, and warranty if any are provided.
When returning a warrantied product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Eyce is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Eyce is not responsible for items going out of stock or being discontinued. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Lifetime Warranty Policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
FOREIGN COUNTRY RETURN POLICY
Our foreign warranty policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.
Eyce reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Eyce and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a warranty for any reason. Our warranty program is designed to protect you against accidental occurrences. Eyce also reserves the right to charge various shipping and handling fees depending on the scenario and the number of claims filed by the same customer. When a customer repeatedly files warranty claims for the same issue, the handling charges may increase.
