LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY DETAILS
You must register your Eyce product within 30 days or purchase for warranty to apply. Your product is automatically registered if you placed your order through eycemolds.com. If you purchased your product from an authorized Eyce retailer, Register Here! Warranty only available for authentic Eyce products.
This warranty program lasts for the lifetime of your Eyce products, the program covers all silicone and plastic parts and only applies to types of manufacturing defects or failure. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, burnt, dropped, shattered, sat on, chewed up by your pet or any other damages that is caused by the consumer. The warranty program does not cover any metal or glass parts, only plastic and silicone parts. Just complete the registration within 30 days of purchase and your product is protected for life! You do not have to complete the warranty registration form if you purchased your products from eycemolds.com.
Customer is obligated to pay all shipping charges associated with warranties.
Warranty must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by calling us at 1-(800)-980-EYCE (3923) or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You must have an authorized RA number for all warranties. This will ensure proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in. You must have a proof of registration (online order number) for all warranties.
Customer will be obligated to pay all shipping charges related to exchanges, returns, and warranty if any are provided.
When returning a warrantied product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Eyce is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
Eyce is not responsible for items going out of stock. As a result, we may not be able to make requested exchanges. If this is the case, we will refund your form of payment for the purchase amount or provide you a newer model.

If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the Lifetime Warranty Policy, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
FOREIGN COUNTRY RETURN POLICY
Our foreign warranty policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.
Eyce reserves the right to amend this Warranty Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. As well, Eyce and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a warranty for any reason.
